ततैया, मधुमक्खी या किसी और उड़ने वाले छोटे कीड़े का काटना आम बात है लेकिन इस डंक से दर्द बेहद तेज होता है. कीड़ा काटने पर त्वचा अचानक से फूल जाती है, लाल हो जाती है और दर्द करने लगती है. इस डंक (Wasp Sting) के निशान पर खुजलाहट भी बहुत तेजी से होती है लेकिन त्वचा पहले से ही सेंसिटिव होती है और इसीलिए खुजाने पर तुरंत कटने-फटने लगती है और त्वचा पर खरोंच का निशान दिखने लगता है. ऐसे में कीड़े के काटने के दर्द को कम करने के लिए और खुजलाहट से छुटकारा पाने के लिए घर की ही कुछ चीजों का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है. इन घरेलू नुस्खों को आजमाने पर त्वचा पर नजर आने वाले लाल निशान भी कम होने लगते हैं. वहीं, इन नुस्खों को आजमाना बेहद आसान भी है.

बर्फ आएगी काम 

अगर आपको ततैया या इसी तरह के किसी कीड़े ने काट लिया है तो बर्फ आपके लिए बेहद फायदेमंद साबित होगी. आइस पैक लें या फिर किसी कपड़े में बर्फ का टुकड़ा लेकर बांधें और इसे ततैया के डंक मारे गए हिस्से पर लगाएं. इसे कुछ देर त्वचा पर लगाकर होल्ड करें फिर हटा लें. इस प्रोसेस को कुछ देर रिपीट करने पर त्वचा पर दिखने वाले लाल चकत्ते कम होने लगेंगे. इससे सूजन (Swelling) भी कम होगी और खुजली नहीं होगी सो अलग. एलोवेरा जैल 

एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी गुणों से भरपूर एलोवेरा जैल स्किन को सूदिंग इफेक्ट्स देने का काम करता है. एलोवेरा जैल को डंक मारे गए हिस्से पर लगाया जा सकता है. इसमें एंटीबैक्टीरियल गुण भी होते हैं जो डंक को फैलने नहीं देते और उसे भरने में मदद करते हैं. इससे सूजन कम होती है और इंफेक्शन कम होने में भी असर नजर आता है. एलोवेरा जैल (Aloe Vera Gel) बाजार से खरीदा जा सकता है या फिर ताजा एलोवेरा का गूदा भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. 

शहद लगाएं 

शहद एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी गुणों से भरपूर होता है इसीलिए ततैया के काटने पर त्वचा पर तुरंत शहद (Honey) लगाना फायदेमंद होता है. औषधीय गुणों के चलते ही शहद को आयुर्वेद में भी खूब इस्तेमाल किया जाता है. इससे त्वचा पर होने वाली खुजली भी रुक जाती है. 

सेब का सिरका 

सेब का सिरका एंटीमाइक्रोबियल और एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी गुणों से भरपूर होने के चलते कीड़े के डंक पर लगाया जा सकता है. यह डंक के असर को कम करता है और इससे सूजन कम हो सकती है, खुजली कम हो सकती है और त्वचा से डंक का प्रभाव कम होता है सो अलग.

Pakistan-Afghanistan Ties: Besides last week’s ministerial-level meeting organised by Beijing, Pakistan’s foreign minister had traveled to Kabul with a Pakistani delegation last month to hold delegation-level talks to further bilateral ties.

Pakistan will send an Ambassador to Kabul for the first time since 2021.

The announcement was made by Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Friday.

Current diplomatic ties are at a charge d’affaires level, lower than Ambassador.

Days after a China-convened meeting that pushed for greater Pakistan-Afghanistan ties, Islamabad has made a significant announcement – that it will be sending an Ambassador to Kabul soon. This is the first time since the Taliban took control of Afghanistan in 2021 that Islamabad has decided to upgrade its ties with its western neighbour.

The announcement was made on Friday by Pakistan’s foreign minister Ishaq Dar, who met his Chinese counterpart and the Taliban’s acting foreign minister last week in Beijing. Diplomatic ties between Pakistan and Afghanistan are currently at a charge d’affaires-level – a step below that of an Ambassador.

Besides last week’s ministerial-level meeting organised by Beijing, Pakistan’s foreign minister had traveled to Kabul with a Pakistani delegation last month to hold delegation-level talks to further bilateral ties.

‘POSITIVE TRAJECTORY’

Praising the “positive trajectory” between Islamabad and Kabul ever since last month’s delegation-level talks, Mr Dar said it is time to upgrade ties with the Taliban. Announcing the decision to send an Ambassador, he added that “I am confident this step would further contribute towards enhanced engagement and exchanges between two fraternal countries.”
